Now we can start with the finishing touch :)
12. Turn of the visibility of the 'world map white layer'
13. Add a white layer mask to the 'world map blue' layer
14. Paint with black on that layer mask over the area's which I don't want to be affected by the face paint. These are area's like the eyes, hair and in this case her hand and part of the shoulders. By doing this you will reveal the "portrait B&W' layer
You should have something like this.
15. Copy the layer mask to the 'world map white' and 'portrait B W' layer by selecting the layer mask, holding down the ALT key and dragging the mask to the other layers.
And now we have our end result
16. You can / should tweak the different layers and layer masks until you're happy with the result.
